Why CBH?

Over time, I’ve gathered a great deal of information about Clipboard Health, and I’m confident that this is the one organization I genuinely feel passionate about joining. This is a well-informed decision for many reasons, and I’m ready to make every effort to achieve it—even if that means starting without compensation until I prove my value.

My Motivation in CBH

  • Ownership – I have launched many projects and always prefer to fully own them from ideation to implementation.
  • Promptness – I am very fast and dislike working with slow people, while CBH values being “unreasonably fast.”
  • Writing – I write a lot (books, reports, projects, publications), and since writing is CBH’s main mode of communication, I see this as a strong fit. Reading and writing are my preferred ways of learning because they are faster and more organized.
  • Creativity – I enjoy applying curiosity and creativity, and I see real opportunities for this at CBH while launching and managing products.
  • Learning opportunities – I am always learning, most recently completing a PhD and taking a Data Analytics Master’s program. I prefer practical learning, and at CBH I see great opportunities to learn a wide range of practical skills, from analytics to engineering.
  • Remote work – I value the freedom and flexibility of remote work. Furthermore, changing places and environments boosts my productivity and creativity.
  • Research – For me, no project exists without research—discovering problems, analyzing complex data, or conducting experiments. I like that CBH’s solutions are research-based and give room to apply many tools and methods.
  • Belonging – It would be great to belong to the fastest-growing organization and interact with product, strategy, sales, engineering, and other teams.
  • Startup culture – I always prefer startups, although it is already hard to call a $1.3B company a startup. I believe that it provides much greater ownership, learning speed, creativity, growth, and self-actualization opportunities than any large company.
  • Strong compensation – CBH offers decent compensation for hard work and results.

What I Bring to CBH?

  • Project and startup experience – I have launched many projects (Innovation Hub, healthcare and IT products, new boat design, government programs, global research initiatives) and always take full responsibility from start to finish.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders – I have worked with businesses, governments, researchers, international organizations, and many others. I know how to engage them and discover their problems.
  • Creativity – I am extremely creative, generating new ideas and solutions in any situation. I enjoy applying my curiosity and creativity and do it often.
  • Speed – I am very fast, never miss deadlines, and avoid postponing tasks for the next week or tomorrow. I believe this matches well with CBH’s “unreasonably fast” value.
  • Research – I have strong research experience, proven by projects I led, publications, awards, etc. I also use unconventional methods such as combining primary and secondary data, social media analytics, network science, neuroscience, behavioral economics, psychophysiology, conducting experiments, or organizing events to discover problems and discuss solutions in the shortest possible time.
  • Data analytics – I use many techniques, from simple descriptive statistics and visualizations to regression, cluster analysis, structural equation modeling, sentiment analysis, network analysis, and many others. This helps me see data from different angles than most people do.
  • Leadership – I have successfully led many projects, always effectively, on time, and with strong engagement.
  • Innovation – I actively seek new ideas and disruptive solutions. I developed and ran innovation pipelines, published books and developed courses on empowering innovation, and apply this proactive approach to any process.
  • Writing – I am strong in writing, having authored many books, reports, and hundreds of publications. Writing is my favorite type of communication, and I am skilled at logically organizing ideas, supporting them with evidence and examples, and making clear conclusions.
  • Events – I have organized over 300 major events that involved stakeholders, analyzed problems, developed solutions, and promoted projects. I can quickly launch events in any location to speed up problem-solving, promote solutions, or get critical feedback.
  • Commitment – I understand the competitive nature of CBH roles and am even ready to work without compensation until I prove that everything I wrote here is true and really beneficial for CBH.
